I would like to certify that we contracted T.A. Builders for the design and construction of our Cool de Sac Play Café and restaurant at Dolphin Mall.
T.A. Builders started by re-development our franchise prototype, providing due diligence services on a raw space of 10,000 S.F. and submitting a budget analysis that served as the path of the project.
The project included challenges demanding high degree of management and supervision that were provided in a professional manner by T.A Builders. Their professionalism enabled them to build and deliver the project to our complete satisfaction meeting the contract term on a budget, schedule and quality.
I highly recommend T.A. Builders as I have firsthand experience of the high degree of construction services they render since this was the fourth project they have performed for me”Amy Madson

“My wife Carmen and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the fabulous construction work TA Builders recently completed at our residence in Coral Gables. From start to finish, your company showed great attention to detail, exhibited meticulous planning and sequencing of the various stages involved, and took care to respect our property and privacy.
We were particularly pleased with your personal attention to our wishes throughout the project. You were flexible, reasonable and thorough. I noted that you personally were on site throughout the six weeks work to make sure that it went according to schedule, as it did.
We would not hesitate to use TA Builders again in future construction at our house, and to recommend your firm to others. Your price was very competitive and you delivered great quality work, courteously and on time”.JAMES C CASON / U.S. AMBASSADOR ,
“A dear friend who had gone through difficult situations building his dream home for 3 years, recommended enthusiastically T.A. BUILDERS, saying they are not only the best, but the only ones he trusts after hiring 3 different companies and finally having the house of his dreams thanks to them with a great experience and result. He assured us their team was the more qualified, honorable, fast and professional in South Florida… And he was right!
Our experience with T.ABUILDERS was flawless. In the 6 months it took to finish our home renovation, every little challenge and setback was fixed by them with speed of light and a smile. They finished our home before the deadline and worked perfectly with our designer. The team they brought was incredibly courteous, clean, nice and extremely hard working.
We would recommend T.A BUILDERS with our eyes closed and we are grateful that this experience was extremely positive and even enjoyable thanks to them”.MELISSA ESCOBAR – LATINWE BALAGUER RESIDENCE,
“On a personal note, I cannot tell you what a pleasure it has been working with you, David and your entire team this past year and half. In my thirty years of development more than 10,000,000 square feet of buildings in South Florida, I don’t know if I have had a less aggravating or stressful experience. Every job has its moments of crisis, but this particular endeavor was almost carefree. I attribute that to you and your team. Your responsiveness to request, your efforts to satisfy the demands of the many “chiefs”, from the undersigned to the investors to the Lender to the City, was deserving of a medal.
Indeed, the fact that the job was never stopped by the City of Coral Gables, potentially a milestone in the history of the development of this City, Should win some T & A some type of industry award.I have never had a shorter punch list on a job this size, a testament to the attention to detail that was put into the initial construction.
Best wishes to you and the Company in your future endeavors. I am looking forward to the time (that I hope will not be in the not too distant future) that we can work together again”.PHILLIP A. YAFFA / MAJORCA 300,
